We fund our projects using a combination of business capital and private investment. Our founder often shares that Angle would not exist without the first investor who believed in him and took a chance. Today, we are fortunate to work with multiple partners who invest anywhere from $50,000 to $3,000,000.

We recognize that the two biggest challenges to scaling a business are acquiring the right properties and securing sufficient capital. By growing our business while delivering strong returns to our investors, we aim to create a win-win scenario. For this reason, we are always open to discussing opportunities to welcome additional investment partners.

At Angle, transparency and accountability are core to our process. We carefully track and document every step of our projects. Since our inception in 2020, we’ve averaged a 42% return on investment, with 21% of that going directly to our investing partners.

At Angle, we fund our projects with both our business capital and private investors. Our founder makes a point to let others know he would have never been able to get started without the first investor/partner that believed in him and took a chance. Now we have multiple partners who invest anywhere from $50,000-$3,000,000 with us. We know that the 2 things that keep a business from scaling is the Properties and the Capital. If we can grow our business while also providing great returns to our investors it’s a WIN in our book. For that reason we are always up for discussing the possibility of adding additional partners.

At Angle we track and document everything. As you can see in the chart below, we have averaged a 42% return since we started in 2020 with 21% of that going to our investing partners. After closing , Each investor is sent a copy of the expense sheet on every project they have a vested interest in. It details every single penny spent, when it was spent, where it was spent, and what is was for. We also provide project binders with copies of all invoices, receipts etc. at the request of a partner. Trust and integrity are huge for us. Therefore, we document everything! Furthermore, each project that happens to have 1 or multiple investors has a Joint Venture agreement/contract drafted up as a legally binding document straight from our legal representative. If requested, we can coordinate direct communication with them. Lastly, we can, and have , had our attorneys add mortgages against the homes to be paid out by them at closing. In other words, Your money is safe and secured by the property so you can sleep well.
